Shipping, Warranty & Returns
Our DCcure Portable PEMF unit is shipped free within the continental U.S., and we dispatch every order on the same business day it’s received before 1 pm. Once your package leaves our facility, you can expect fast 2–3 business‑day delivery right to your doorstep. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately with delivery details provided.
DCcure offer return/exchange for items within 60 days of receipt of shipment.
Return Processing:
- If you are not satisfied with your DCcure PEMF device for any reason, please let us know within 60 days of purchase and if you would like to process return, please contact us info@dccure.com or call us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Units returned without an issued RMA# will not be accepted.
Refunds:
- We will only issue full refund for returns that are approved by DCcure. For more information contact us
Warranty Coverage:
- Your device is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year commencing on the date of delivery. If at our examination it is determined that the product failed to due to its parts, materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free.
Note: The customer shoulders the shipping if the replacement is offered.
